Free shipping charges;
The following orders are free of any shipping charges;
- All orders shipped within Europe with a value of EUR 250+
- All orders shipped to the Rest of the World with a value of EUR 500+ 
(this includes only products from categories Fabrics, Wallpaper and Trimmings).

*Excemption is brand ARTE which is only shipped within the EER-zone, not worldwide

Duties / Taxes
Kindly note that there might be duties & taxes involved at the delivery of your order.
As we ship from Europe, there will be no taxes or duties involved if the ship -to country is within Europe.
However, for a delivery in non-EU countries you do need to consider these extra charges.
It varies per country and per product  so please contact us before placing an order to check what would be the estimated charges to pay
at your local customs. Bussiard can not take any liability for these charges if an order has been placed without consultation or when 
orders are dispatched using the standard shipping methods we are offering.
We can avoid these unpleasant surprises by shipping with DDP (delivered duty paid). However extra charges will apply.

Shipping Time (Sample) Orders
The indicated shipping time on the product page is only an indication for one specific product and color and if it is available.
Kindly note that it might be possible that items are not currently stocked and we need to await a new production!
As the given shipping time is for one item only and not for multiple items / brands, the risk of a longer lead time is always possible.
Orders with multiple items and brands are shipped consolidated so we need to await all items to become available.
To check a current lead time, we stronlgy recommend to check with our customer care before placing the order.

More than 15 units = 5% discount on the total value ex VAT
More than 30 units = 10% discount on the total value ex VAT
More than 50 units = 15% discount on the total value ex VAT
More than 100 units = 22% discount on the total value ex VAT

This applies only for categories: Fabrics, Wallpaper and Trimmings.
Excempted for any discount is the brand ARTE.

Fabric units: meters/yards.
Wallpaper units: metres/yards or rolls
Trimmings units: metres/yards or pieces
