Delivery & Returns

Delivery of Order

Many of our products are either specially produced & designed or are gathered from all around the globe. Depending on the products you will select or have selected will be shipped within the given lead time.

If within one order several producers are combined we will await the items and ship them all together. May delivery times be different we will contact you to see if you would prefer to ship some items separately.

Products may be stocked and we will double check these and give you the latest information on cut sizes etc. if necessary.

Cuttings

Cutting orders are firstly cut & gathered before shipped all together. As we would like to provide the best possible service it is important to double check all selected colours. It may occur that not all cutting samples are available. If this is the case we will try to make some other suggestions if preferred. Please always allow 2 weeks average for cuttings samples to arrive.

We deliver almost all of our orders worldwide using express services from UPS, FedEx, TNT or DHL. Very large, heavy or long items might need a different service but this we will inform you about if needed.

Kindly let us know before or directly after placing the order if you have any questions or would like to discuss the preferred shipping method.

Door-to-door & White glove service

Depending on the product generally all products are delivered door-to-door. If you would need technical help or a special ‘White Glove’ service, we would be very happy to assist in anything to make your purchase as comfortable as possible.

All special requests will be quoted beforehand.

Returns

Many of the items displayed on our website are made-to-order. Also fabrics, wallcoverings / wallpapers that are cut for your order are also considered made-to-order in that sense. Therefore we can not accept any returns. We strongly advice everybody to first make use of our cuttings service or request special material samples first. Kindly check with us before placing the order if you have any concerns on this matter.

Damages

Damages due to shipping is covered by Bussiard. If damages might have occured during shipping please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the items with an email to info@bussiard.com

together with picutres of the damaged packing material & damage of the particular items.
